Shipping Charges

Shipping is calculated based on the item weights and dimensions, and the shipping location. You can calculate freight on the Cart page. Important Information About Ordering:

  1. Delivery address must be a fixed business address and have someone present from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. However, if you know you may not be at the delivery address please add a short message into the notes section giving authority for the courier to leave the goods in a secure area.
  2. We do not deliver to PO Boxes (postal boxes).
  3. If you've made a mistake on your order or would like to change something, contact us at [email protected]. Please note that after a certain time has passed, your order may have already been shipped and cannot be changed.
  4. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to make the order change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.
  5. AE Stainless Direct ships to all regions of Australia.
  6. You will receive a Shipping Notification via email from [email protected] once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

Handling Times

AE Stainless Direct works hard to get orders dispatched as quickly as possible. If the item is in stock and does not require any work, we are normally able to dispatch the order on the same day if it is ordered before 1pm (QLD time).
