Our Capability Statement

We can custom make enclosures typically within 4 weeks from customer approval. Our engineering team will convert your hand sketch into a 3D CAD drawing. Our RPEQ / Chartered Engineers can certify your custom design.

WORKSHOP SERVICES

Engineering

Our engineering team uses Autodesk Inventor to design your custom enclosure or to modify our range to suit your custom requirements. We then send the drawing for your approval before manufacturing starts.

TIG & MIG welding

We specialise in stainless steel products (but can weld Aluminium and mild steel) and have some of the best TIG welders in Australia! No job is too big or too small for us.

Cut items up to 1200mm high

With our state-of-the-art 3kW 3D laser, we can cut gland holes in the bottom of up to 1200mm high enclosures. We also cut HMI and other holes into doors. This service is available for all enclosure brands.

CNC Press Brake

Our 160T LVD press brake has a 3000mm bed. The CNC control system imports the CAD file directly from AutoCAD Inventor, ensuring pinpoint accuracy.

CD & Spot Welding

Our Capacitive Discharge welders range from 3 – 10mm (diameter) studs and we mark their positions by laser to ensure accuracy. Our Spot Welder has an electronic controller to ensure a consistent, high-quality weld.

General Sheet Metal Work
