NOTE: There will be a $50+GST restocking fee, per enclosure, for any enclosure returned/swapped to cover our handling cost.
Additional fees may apply to cover any damages to the enclosure should it be returned in a “non re-sellable” condition.
NOTE: Customised products are manufactured specifically for you. Therefore we can not exchange or refund any customised products under any circumstances unless the product has a manufacturer's defect.
We do not issue refunds if you do not provide a reason for returning the item or send it back without contacting us first.
Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method you used when placing your order.
