Returns 

We are a customer-first company, and we strive to provide the best quality products with a seamless experience for you. Still, sometimes things happen, so if there's anything wrong with the item you have received, we will do our best to fix it and be satisfied.

If you want to return the item, please contact us immediately if there are any changes required at info@aestainlessdirect.com.au.

We willingly accept returns under the following conditions:

FAULTY GOODS
AUS ENTERPRISES GROUP PTY LTD's liability for faulty goods supplied, are limited to the repair or replacement (at AES sole discretion) and the freight cost from and to the customer premise (the same delivery address as the originally shipment) of these faulty goods. This clause overwrites any customer terms and conditions and no further liability will be accepted.
We accept returns of faulty goods up to 12 months from purchase date.

DAMAGED GOODS
If goods are damaged on arrival please notify our team within 7 business days. If we are notified after this time period we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.

RETURNS/REFUNDS
We do not offer returns on custom orders or orders that have been modified at our workshop.
Stock items can be returned within 30 business days from purchase date on the condition that they have not been opened. A $50 return fee may apply per item. Additional fees may apply to cover any damages to the enclosure should it be returned in a “non re-sellable” condition.
After your return has been processed and the condition has been checked by our staff, we offer a credit note of the refund amount to be used on your next purchase or if you wish to have the funds transferred into your nominated bank account it may take up to 2-5 business days.
We do not issue refunds if you do not provide a reason for returning the item or send it back without contacting us first.
